WHERE and HOW DO I GIVE YOU ALL THE PROPERTY INFORMATION FOR MY ADVERTISEMENT? - When you place the order for the advertising package of choice, you will be directed to a link (6 MONTH PROFESSIONAL PKG ONLY) in which to complete a "new property information form", which will be used to compile your online property advertisement. Please be accurate and very descriptive. What you type into the form is what will appear on your individual advertisement page. DO NOT USE ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, check your punctuation and grammar. Do not print out this form and mail, it MUST be completed and submitted online only. This process can be repeated for each property you list with us.

HOW LONG WILL YOU KEEP MY PROPERTY INFORMATION AFTER MY ADVERTISEMENT EXPIRES? - We will keep your advertisement on file for up to 30 days after expiration. If at any time during that 30 day period you need to re-list your advertisement, you can easily do so by visiting our price page and purchasing the advertisement package you desire.

HOW WILL PEOPLE FIND MY PROPERTY? - We use a MapQuest link to give detailed directions on how to get to your property. If your property does not show up in MapQuest for some reason, you can include the directions to your property within the property description during the ordering process. We occasionally advertise in the local Milwaukee Journal/Sentinel to move traffic to our site as well.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ADVERTISEMENT? Payments are accepted online only using a PayPal Shopping Cart (credit card or checking account debit) which is found on our pricing page.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RENEW MY ADVERTISEMENT? You can easily renew your current advertisement or even a previous advertisement if it has expired less than 30 days ago.
Renewing an existing advertisement, visit our pricing page and place an order for the package you desire, in the "special instructions" state that this is a renewal. To avoid a "break" in your advertisement, please renew prior to the expiration of your advertisement.
Renewing an expired advertisement renews a previous advertisement that has expired less than 30 days ago. If your advertisement expired more 30 days ago, we may no longer have it on file for you and you will need to fill out the property information forms again. Contact us if the timing is close, we may still have it for you. We will make a rent and/or security price adjustment, and/or a phone number change on ANY advertisement, at any time, with no additional fees.
